Common
Questions
Some of the common aspects of our web design and digital build projects
Will I get chances to feedback?
Absolutely! We want your new website to the best it possibly can be, so there will always be plenty of opportunity to feedback during the process. We try to involve as many key stakeholders in the process as possible to ensure all decision makers are aligned.
How will you deliver my website?
Using modern development methods and comprehensive audits we will deliver your website to accommodate your exact requirements, whether that's just the source code or the complete hosted package.
Our ultimate solution is developing single page, progressive web applications, boosted by a headless content management system with server side rendering while on premium, scalable cloud hosting. This ensures your site is secure, a pleasure to edit, great for search engine optimisation and a flawless digital journey for your users.
Can you build my website?
Yes! We have excellent in-house development expertise to help bring your website to life. This can often be the most cost effective solution as there is no hand over or transition period where miscommunication or misunderstandings can take place.
Will you work with my development team?
We're more than happy to work with your development team to get our designs live. Depending on the project, scope and deliverables we will either deliver on a project basis or work alongside your team to their sprint schedule.
In these instances, we stipulate that a member of the development team is present during the process so that we can effectively map our solutions to their expertise and competencies.
How long does a project take?
Project timelines are effected by a number of different things, but typically range anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months. Once we know the scale of the project and what deliverables you need we’ll be able to provide you with a much more accurate estimate.
What if we need deliverables you don’t have listed?
Don’t worry, we can help. We provide a number of tertiary services that we don’t advertise in our core offer such as motion and animation or custom type design. Chances are we have the expertise to help in-house, but if not then we have a large network of specialist partners we can work with.
How will we communicate during the project?
However works best for you! Typically speaking we’ll use either a mixture of emails and video calls or a collaborative slack channel, but we’re flexible depending on the level of communication you need.
We’ll establish a project cadence with regular check-ins for key stakeholders that best fits your schedules, but making sure that you know what’s going on at all times.
Who will we be working with?
The Wondermake guarantee is that you’ll be working directly with the creatives at every stage of the project. No middlemen or client partners, which means no creative gems get lost in translation.
From our very first meeting, we’re looking for creative opportunity and working our magic.
